Established in 2005, Plum Tree Studios specialises in building quality spare rooms for anyone who needs extra living or work space
Our studios combine great design, consumate craftsmanship and high-quality materials. We build off-site so there’s no building noise or mess at your place. We deliver them fully insulated, wired for lighting and power and finished to your specifications.

Design Options
We specialise in studios up to 30sqm, meaning no building consent is required and we meet the NZ3604 building code. All our designs are flexible, so we can tailor them to meet your requirements. The best part, they're built offsite, so no noise or mess at your home!
