Greengage Studio
The Greengage Studio is a cute teenage retreat, artist’s workshop, spare room or pool changing-room.
The Greengage has been carefully designed to meet all construction compliance codes, including electrical, so you don’t need to worry about building permits.
We build off-site so there’s no building noise or mess at your place. And, because of the size of the Greengage, it fits nicely onto a standard flatbed truck, so transporting is easy too.
We are flexible on design and finishings: you can mix and match our standard features or create some of your own. In fact, the Greengage includes options for an end or side door (see Option 1 and Option 2 in the plan), which can transform the look and feel of the studio.
Greengage Studio Option 1 is $20,800.00 plus GST
