Design Options
We specialise in studios up to 30sqm, meaning no building consent is required and we meet the NZ3604 building code. All our designs are completely flexible, so we can tailor them to meet your requirements. The best part, they're built offsite, so no noise or mess at your home!

Standard features
Standard features for all our studios are below, however our design is flexible and additional features (eg ensuite) are available with larger models.

Colour-steel or zinc roofing
Windows & doors
Built with double glazed aluminium or timber windows and doors
Paint
Interior & exterior painted in your choice of colours
Ceilings & flooring
Cathedral ceilings are standard plus your choice of flooring
Cladding & Insulation
Match your existing building exterior including board and batten or weatherboard options. All studios come fully insulated
Size ranges
Our designs are completely flexible, but rely on a couple of dimension restraints to ensure they can fit on the back of a removal truck for delivery. Use the below floor plans as a starting point for layout and then customise your studio from there.

Omega range
25-30 sqm
Our largest studios make an ideal guest room or fully operational office.
The ensuite makes the Omega self-contained – add in a kitchenette and a verandah for the complete package.

Satsuma range
15-25 sqm
The Satsuma is perfect as an extra room, office or guest room.
Add an ensuite and the studio makes a great pool room or teenage retreat.
Cherry Plum range
10-15 sqm
A smaller version of the Satsuma, the Cherry Plum is our building solution for a smaller backyard.
It's great as an art studio, office or even a spare bedroom as it still comfortably fits a queen bed.
